Additional Details:

  • When accepted into the program, you will receive an email with a ‘prework’ assignment which involves creating two-slides about your idea and reviewing some videos.  The prework assignment is submitted before the start of the program.
  • Kick-Off Workshop
    • Attend a kick-off workshop
    • Each team presents their idea
    • Then you learn how to:
      • Identify top customer segments
      • Develop hypotheses about the value proposition offered to each segment
      • Find and effectively interview potential customers about their problems/needs
  • Office Hours
    • Over the next two weeks, you will be meeting and interviewing potential customers to gather insights about your idea/invention.  These interviews are for customer discovery, not to sell.
    • Each week, you will have scheduled a time to check-in with your instructor.
    • Call your instructor during these office hours to receive additional coaching.
  • Lessons Learned Workshop
    • Attend the Lessons Learned Workshop
    • Each team presents their findings
    • Receive additional coaching
    • And determine next steps to advance your idea
